this customer approached us after assembling a large CAD designed project  only to find that the parts that were included in the design stages were no longer available and that parts were substituted by the original manufacturer 

obviously this caused issues when the final assembly took place just one day before shipping as a vacuum hose outlet was now inaccessible rendering the entire machine usless 

with in 3 hr we had an agreed solution to work around the problem and had fabricated the new parts required and were installed on the machine 

the original manufacturer hadn't even replied to the email regarding the problem before we had it fixed and installed 

this customer has an existing product that requires a hanging rail the customer had an idea of what they needed but was told it it couldn't be done 

understandably the customer went over seas to check the viability of importing it but the issue was the lengths involved made it cost prohibitive as well as it pushed time lines to deliver the product from weeks into months and with no guarantee that they would get exactly what they wanted or with out damage 

after a short meeting we defined what the key aspects of the rails needed to be and started the next job in the que 

this job requires 100s of 3mm holes drilled and tapped to 4mm at specific distances along a 12.7mm or half inch stainless steel tube that is also rolled into a specified radius and length with matching cut ends to the next length to form a design    

this customer sells and manufactures stage and stage equipment and the locations that the product is used can differ a lot from narrow door ways back of stage to open grass fields for music festival's

this can pose a problem for handling and transporting equipment so we often develop tailored solutions for his customers
